About Chisom

Chisom has coached CEOs navigating board dynamics, VPs struggling with role transitions, and founders building companies from scratch. Through her consulting firm, Diversify Consult, she and her team work with global institutions on culture and organisational change, delivering over 100 learning and development sessions annually. Chisom founded Diversify Summit in 2022, an annual conference that convenes 2,000+ cross-sectoral leaders to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges.

Chisom delivers 50 to 100 keynotes each year for senior leaders and works one-on-one with a minimum of 15 executives annually, helping them build clarity. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at leadership and organisational development conferences in Europe and Africa.

Born in Nigeria and raised across Europe and North America, Chisom brings a global, intersectional lens to leadership development. She understands how identity shapes leadership differently across contexts and doesn't shy away from naming uncomfortable truths about power, privilege, and organisational dysfunction.

She is widely recognised and awarded for her work on inclusion and organisational change across the Nordic region, has been featured in media in both English and Scandinavian languages, and her work garners attention from Norway to Japan.

Chisom writes daily, and has begun to maintain a strong writing presence on LinkedIn. Her work has been published in Forbes and Global Public Health, an international peer-reviewed journal published by Taylor & Francis. Through her nonprofit, Diversify, her work reaches over one million people globally. She also hosts "Overnight Wisdom," a podcast where she engages with senior leaders, creatives, and changemakers on identity clarity.

Chisom is writing two books: one is a diagnostic leadership framework built on Identity, Context, and Power Clarity; the other, a memoir. She lives in Oslo, Norway with her husband and two children.
