Your order and payment
The order summary shows each item and your total in NOK, including applicable MVA. Books are zero-rated; candles and delivery include 25% MVA. Delivery costs 59 NOK per order. The discounted candle price applies when bought with a book, with at most one discounted candle per book.
You pay the full amount immediately through Stripe, including for preorders. Check your edition, quantities, scents, email and delivery address before paying. Keep your payment receipt and order reference. Email us promptly if anything is incorrect.
Signing and delivery
Books from this offer are signed before dispatch. Delivery is within Norway only. We may deliver personally in Greater Oslo for the same fee as postal delivery.
Orders placed by 23:59 on 21 October 2026, Norway time, will arrive before the launch on 29 October. Orders after that deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before the launch. Preorders continue through 26 October; normal sales begin on 27 October. We will contact you if delivery is delayed.
Cancellation and returns
You may notify us that you wish to cancel before delivery or within 14 days after receiving the goods. Email your name, order reference and the items you wish to return. An author’s standard signature does not remove your cancellation rights.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect the goods; use beyond what is necessary to inspect them may reduce the refund. When you cancel the whole order, the refund includes standard outbound delivery. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return. There is no cancellation fee.
For damaged, incorrect or defective goods, contact us so we can resolve the issue. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged and take priority over general website terms.

Free launch event and privacy
The launch is free. Selecting the event option requests manual registration through Luma using your order name and email. Event confirmation follows separately. Buying a book or requesting event registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
